At AVT we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount and our company is geared to rapid response from an initial enquiry to a rate “call-out” for a service engineer. We provide full documentation from the quotation stage right through to the hand-over of the installation and maintenance thereafter. Our expertise in technological advances within the industry enables us to evaluate all types of equipment and, as we are an Independent Company, we are not tied to any specific manufacturer and can therefore select the appropriate equipment for each client application and work with them to ensure product suitability and cost effectiveness.
The majority of our client base is in the U.K. however with a satellite branch in Basel, Switzerland our European installations are co-ordinated with ease. A.V.T. Engineers operate nationwide from our Engineering Base in London and Western England.
All our projects have specified engineers allocated to installations to ensure continuity of works plus managerial and administrative staff are always available to answer customer queries.
