Prices are available upon application and include planning and installation, engineering cover for the duration of and removal at the end of the exhibition period. Web-cam rentals can be for "remote viewing" or link to your web-site; an exciting tool for marketing purposes when utilising a server with a hard-drive, a time lapse video can be produced showing the project from start to finish. The equipment we use gives excellent quality pictures for viewing and recording purposes and is a real tool for protecting your assets. The following types of equipment are typical examples of our standard systems; any type of equipment can be supplied, tailored to your exact requirements. We have two basic types of recording system - firstly, a stand-alone digital system which will record for the exhibition duration with no need for any human interface, and secondly, an online system which can be viewed remotely and also be relayed to a web-site for the exhibitor to promote their stand and products from any location in the world. Both types of system utilise an internal hard drive to store recorded images, the online video server also incorporates video motion detection to trigger recording when required. The server can be connected to any network or dial up connection as available. ADSL is the best connection but the server will work on any telephone line at a slower speed. Digital recorders are network ready and can be added to your existing network for remote viewing. Both types of recorders can be located in a cupboard, out of the way; online systems can be viewed using any computer that may be available. The stand-alone digital system comprises of a single or multi-channel recorder with a flat screen monitor for local viewing, providing high quality recordings with no need for any operations by the user. For larger online systems, a video server can be added to the digital recorder. Recorders are available in 1, 4, 9 and 16 camera configurations for the stand-alone systems and 1, 2 or 4 way for the online systems. Video servers can be added to the digital recorders for remote viewing and control for the larger video server systems. Online systems require the Client to have an ASDL telephone line on the stand, it can be the same line as their telephone; the cost of the phone line is excluded from our prices. Cameras come in various styles, from the standard cube camera to a miniature dome or bullet camera. The cost for each style is the same so the type is dependant on the Client's particular requirements. Installation can be carried out by our engineers, or the system can be supplied in D.I.Y. kit form, pre-wired for plug and play installation. We would carry out a system check once the cameras have been installed. For larger stands, we would be prepared to install the wiring during manufacture subject to an additional charge.
