Maintenance Contracts We offer a range of contracts from the basic budget to an all inclusive package tailored to your requirements. We pride ourselves on supplying a service that we believe is unrivalled by our competitors, our engineers are mobile countrywide to respond to emergencies. We carry an extensive stock level on all the service vehicles to ensure your system is up and running with minimal downtime. There is nothing more frustrating than a CCTV system that doesn't work when you need it! WE PROVIDE THREE LEVELS OF SERVICE: 1) Budget Contract – Silver - One Inspection & Service Visit per annum - Call outs in normal working hours - Response time to site next working day 2) Standard Contract – Gold - Two Inspection & Service Visit per annum - Call outs in normal working hours - Response time to site next working day - Free loan equipment whilst repairs are being carried out 3) Premier Contract – Platinum - Two Inspection & Service Visit per annum - Call outs in normal working hours - Response time to site next working day - Free loan equipment whilst repairs are being carried out - Repair charges included in the contract Additional services to the contracts can of course be negotiated. Payments for maintenance contracts are quarterly or annually in advance. Uniquely we are prepared to consider taking on contracts for equipment not supplied by us. A service difficult to find elsewhere. Special contracts are available to clients with multi branch applications; in these circumstances we can offer extremely favourable rates which can be as low as £ 95.00 per branch. We offer an excellent after sales service throughout the contract period
